All districts identified on the Loveland Zoning Map, except R-1 and R-2 Districts, are hereby designated as Community Reinvestment Area Number One of the City. The Zoning Map of the City of Loveland, as attached to original Resolution 1989-62 and marked Exhibit A and made a part of the resolution, may be amended from time to time. As amendments take place, the attached exhibit shall also automatically be amended as well to reflect amendments to the zoning map. (Ord. 2018-114. Passed 10-23-18.)
