1325.01 DEFINITION.

As used in this chapter the term REMODELING shall have the same meaning as provided in the definition set forth in Ohio R.C. 3735.65(C), to wit: "Remodeling means any change made in a structure for the purpose of making it structurally more sound, more habitable or for the purpose of improving its appearance."
