1305.07 ENFORCEMENT.

The Licensed chief building official, building inspector, plan examiner and/or any authorized agents; including the City's Property Maintenance Inspector and agents of the City's Fire and Building and Zoning Departments are authorized to enforce the codes adopted by this chapter.
