Current editions of the Ohio Residential Building Code, the Ohio Building Code, the International Property Maintenance Code, and/or permit fee structures therein and the fee provisions of the Hamilton County Building Code and any subsequent amendments, substitution or changes to such codes shall be deemed to be automatically adopted by reference and incorporated into the City Code as if fully set out at length herein, and shall apply and be enforced within the City.
