Sections 4101:1-1 through 4101:1-35 of the Ohio Administrative Code, collectively known as the Ohio Building Code, formerly known as the Ohio Basic Building Code, are hereby adopted, as amended, by reference as the City's code for buildings and structures other than one, two and three family buildings and structures and are incorporated, as amended, in the City Code as if fully set out at length herein, and shall apply and be enforced within the City.
