The Residential Code of Ohio and (also known as Chapters 4101:8-1 to 41018:25, 4101:829, 4101:8-34, and 4101:8-44 of the Ohio Administrative Code) is hereby adopted, as amended, by reference as the City's Code for One, Two and Three Family Residential Buildings and Structures and the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code of the International Code Council for residential pools and spas, as amended, is incorporated, as amended, into the City Code as fully set out at length herein and shall apply and be enforced within the City.
