Rules and regulations establishing the minimum requirements for the installation of improvements in subdivisions within the jurisdiction of the City Planning and Zoning Commission are set forth in the document entitled "City of Loveland, Ohio Subdivision Regulations", which is hereby incorporated into this section and adopted by reference. A copy of the said document is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council.
