(a) The Memorial is open between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily, except by a written permit from the City Manager stating the purpose and use of the Memorial beyond such hours.
(b) Wheeled vehicles, including but not limited to bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, wagons, carts and any other wheeled vehicles, other than wheelchairs or strollers, shall not be permitted on the premises of the Memorial.
(c) Games, sports and athletic activities shall not be permitted.
(d) No alcoholic beverages shall be sold, carried onto or consumed on the premises of the Memorial.
(e) Parking is permitted only in the designated area.
(f) Horses, dogs and other pets, except seeing-eye or hearing-ear dogs, are prohibited.
(g) Cans, bottles and all other waste materials shall be placed in trash containers.
(h) Firearms, air rifles and archery equipment shall not be permitted, except as such may be used incidental to a military ceremony (e.g. twenty-one gun salute).
(i) No person shall sell or offer for sale any article, thing, privilege or service within the Memorial, except by a written permit from the City Manager.
