When water is required for construction purposes, or for filling cisterns, tanks or tank wagons, rollers, or portable steam boilers, an application therefore shall be made to the Service Director, in writing, on a form provided for that purpose, giving a statement of the amount of construction work to be done, or the size of the cistern, boiler, tank, or tank wagon to be filled. Payment for the water for construction shall be made in advance at the scheduled rates. No connection with the service pipe at the curb shall be made without special permission from the Service Director. (Ord. 2011-59. Passed 8-9-11.)
