921.13 INSPECTION AND TEST OF SERVICE LINE.

No plumber shall cover or permit the covering of any water service line until the installation has been inspected and approved by the Service Director or the Service Director's designee. When so directed, the plumber shall subject the piping to a hydrostatic test in the presence of the Service Director or Service Director's designee.
