921.06 INSPECTION OF PREMISES.
   It shall be considered a condition of granting the water service by the City that the owner or occupant of every premises receiving such water supply shall permit any authorized employee of the City free access to the premises, or any part thereof, during reasonable or business hours of the day, for the inspection of the piping, water meter, or appurtenances for the distribution and control of the water supply or of the use of such supply, or for the installation, removal, repair, or reading of any water meter, or the inspection of the location thereof. Any person who, on receipt of a reasonable notification of the purpose of entry, shall refuse free access shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 921.99, and to the discontinuance of water service to his or her premises.
