921.04 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE; COLLECTION, CUSTODY, AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS.

The collection and custody of water rents and other charges relating to the supply of water by the City, and the disbursement thereof, shall be the responsibility of the Director of Finance.
