Whoever violates any provision of Section 907.03 or 907.05 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each day on which such violation continues in existence. All such violations may be stated in a single complaint, with separate counts indicated for each day during which a violation has continued. Each such separate offense shall constitute a separate minor misdemeanor, and no accumulation of days during which a violation is continued shall operate to increase the degree of the offense above that of minor misdemeanor
