(a) Location. TWC shall maintain a central service center convenient but not necessarily located within the City of Loveland. Any change in the location of such service center shall be communicated to the City.
(b) Hours. TWC's service centers shall be open continuously Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Additionally, based on community needs, TWC will staff service centers for supplemental hours on weekdays and/or weekends.
(c) Other Requirements.
(1) TWC shall provide free demonstration of any equipment provided to subscribers.
(2) The Service Center shall be designed and constructed so as to provide easy access for Disabled Persons.
(3) The TWC shall maintain on file at the Service Center for public inspection copies a Subscriber Information Packet and promotional and general informational materials (including monthly bill stuffers).
