537.08 UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT.
   (a)   No person, without privilege to do so, shall knowingly restrain another of his liberty.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of unlawful restraint, a misdemeanor of the third degree. (ORC 2905.03)
