§ 91.25 INSPECTIONS.
   The Program Administrator or his or her designee shall inspect the interior and exterior of the vacant property upon submission of a plan of renovation and prior to approval by the Program Administrator, and upon registration, at one-year intervals thereafter for so long as the property remains on the vacant property registry, and upon the failure to complete the plan of renovation previously approved by the Program Administrator. If a building is determined to be unsafe by the Zoning Administrator, it shall be subject to the requirements of §§ 91.30 through 91.39 of this chapter.
