§ 91.39 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or other legal entity maintaining a dangerous building within the corporate limits of the city or its zoning jurisdiction shall be guilty of violation of this subchapter and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
