§ 36.84 NON-COMPLAINT REVIEWS AND INVESTIGATIONS BY THE INSPECTOR GENERAL.
   (A)   Pursuant to the powers established in LMCO § 36.82, the Inspector General may examine and review operations within LMPD without a vote by the Civilian Review and Accountability Board.
   (B)   The Inspector General shall inform the Civilian Review and Accountability Board chair when initiating such reviews and examinations, and shall provide oral updates to the Civilian Review and Accountability Board as directed by the chair.
