§ 38.37 LEVY OF A FRANCHISE TAX ON THE DEPOSITS OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS LOCATED WITHIN THE FORMER BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE.
   (A)   The tax levied pursuant to this ordinance shall be used for municipal purposes.
   (B)   The tax bills shall be made out on blanks having on them the rate of the franchise tax, and shall show on the tax bills the taxes levied are against the deposits of financial institutions.
   (C)   The tax receiver shall keep his or her sheets and books for said fiscal year so as to show money received under the heading of taxes, discounts and interest.
