§ 112.20 PROFESSIONAL REPLACEMENTS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   A PROFESSIONAL REPLACEMENT as used in this subchapter means a person who habitually holds himself or herself out for hire, and is hired to replace workers who are not working because of a labor dispute.
   (B)   The use of professional replacements by an employer during a labor dispute in Jefferson County is forbidden.
