In addition to the compensation provided for in Section 157.01, a Civil Service Commissioner shall be entitled to per diem in the sum of sixty dollars ($60.00) per day plus expenses when required to be outside the City on official business. No per diem shall be allowed for attendance at seminars unless approved by the City Manager prior to such attendance. Expenses subject to reimbursement shall be presented to the City Manager and final payment shall not be made until approved by the City Manager.
