1136.03 INTERPRETATION OF ZONING MAP.
The Board of Zoning Appeals is authorized to interpret the Official Zoning Map and to pass upon disputed questions of lot lines or district boundary lines and similar questions. If such questions arise in the context of an appeal from a decision of the Zoning Inspector, they shall be handled as provided in Section 1136.01.
   (a)    Application. An application for a map interpretation shall be submitted to the Board by filing a copy of the application with the Zoning Inspector. The application shall contain sufficient information to enable the Board to make the necessary interpretation.
   (b)    Basis of Determination. Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of districts as shown on the Official Zoning Map, the guidelines and requirements set forth in Section 1151.03(b) shall apply. Where a map boundary and flood plain elevations disagree, the elevations delineated in the flood elevation profile shall prevail.
