(a) Whoever, being the owner or having control of any building, violates any provision, regulation or supplement of this Residential Building Code, or fails to obey any lawful order of the Building Inspector issued pursuant thereto shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Any architect, engineer, contractor, building, subcontractor or other person who assists in the violation of this Code, or of any certificate, order or permit issued thereunder, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(c) Whoever fails to obtain a permit as required by Section 1303.07 shall be assessed a penalty of fifty percent (50%) of the normal cost for obtaining such permit.
