943.10 MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE SEWER LINE.

Lateral sewer lines from the building to the trunk sewer shall be maintained by and at the expense of the property owner. Trunk sewer lines shall be maintained by and at the expense of the City, subject to Sections 943.07, 943.08 and 943.09.
