1092.12 COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES.

Nothing shall be offered for sale or sold, rented or traded in or upon public park land or facilities or community center grounds or facilities, except by the Department of Parks and Recreation or through regularly licensed concessionaires acting with the permission of the Department.
