1088.04 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

The Director of Solid Waste Management, or his or her agent, shall be responsible for the administration of this chapter and shall have the authority to enforce compliance through the use of civil and criminal penalties as authorized by this chapter. Further, any law enforcement officer, fire marshal, or any assistant fire inspector, or sworn special police officer is authorized and shall have the authority to enforce all sections of this chapter.
