Beginning at the junction of State Route 28 and State Route 7; thence east along State Route 7 to its intersection with Cascades Parkway; thence south along Cascades Parkway to its intersection with Nokes Boulevard; thence west along Nokes Boulevard to its intersection with State Route 28; thence north along State Route 28 to the point of beginning at its junction with State Route 7.
