843.03 COLLECTION OF COUNTY TAX AND FEE AND COMPENSATION FOR CLERK.

The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Loudoun County collecting the tax and fee imposed under this chapter shall pay the same into the Treasury of Loudoun County and the said Clerk shall receive an amount not to exceed 5% of the tax and fee collected under this chapter for such service. Such compensation shall be payable out of the County Treasury.
