Any person in the process of eating shall remain in an area designated for the consumption of food. This area shall be at least five feet from the swimming pool edge and shall be enclosed by a fence or suitable barrier. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. Beverages contained in non-breakable/non-shatter containers are permitted up to the swimming pool edge.
