838.11 SERVICE OF NOTICES.

A notice of owner's permit suspension or revocation required by this chapter is properly served when it is delivered to the owner or when it is sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last known address of the owner's permit. A copy of the notice shall be filed with the records of the Health Department.
