Pursuant to Chapter 65 of Title 3.2 and Section 15.2-1200 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, there is hereby created the position of Animal Control Officer. The duties of the Animal Control Officer shall be those provided for in Section 3.2-6555 et seq. of such Code and such other duties as may be provided for herein. For all purposes the term Animal Warden and Animal Control Officer are synonymous.
