(i) The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office may waive the enforcement of any District for the purpose of providing parking for special events by issuance of an Event Notice Placard to be prominently displayed in the front yard of the residence where the event is to take place for a minimum of two days prior to the event. In addition, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office shall maintain temporary vehicle exemption permits as an alternative to the enforcement waiver.
