(a) The fee schedule may be imposed by the Board for the establishment, amendment, or expansion of a District.
(b) A fee schedule may be established and imposed by the Board for each Parking Permit or Parking Pass, by category, payable at the time of issuance, renewal, or termination of such Parking Permit or Parking Pass.
(c) The Board shall adopt the fee schedule as set forth as Appendix B.
