488.01 DULLES AIRPORT DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, “Dulles Airport” means any or all facilities, buildings, improvements, appurtenances, lands or rights in land which are owned or otherwise under the control of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and which are located in the County.
