The following words and phrases, when used in this section, shall have the following meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
(a) "Rail car" means a passenger rail car owned or operated by WMATA or any other public or private corporation or organization that provides regularly scheduled rail passenger service to rail transit stations in the County.
(b) "Rail transit station" means a place where passengers can get on or off rail cars in the County, including fare-paid areas and roofed areas of the rail transit stations owned, operated, or controlled by WMATA.
(c) "WMATA" means the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.
