484.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide a method for managing parking through the installation, operation, and enforcement of on-street permit parking and parking meters. This chapter shall apply to all County parking meters and permit parking pursuant to the provisions herein, except permit parking pursuant to Chapter 490.
