428.99 GENERAL TRAFFIC CODE PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Traffic Code or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto, for which no other penalty is provided either in this Traffic Code or in State law, shall be guilty of a traffic infraction punishable by a fine of not more than that provided for a Class 4 misdemeanor under Va. Code § 18.2-11 for each such offense.
