650.03 SPOT BLIGHT ABATEMENT AUTHORIZED.

The Board of Supervisors is authorized under Code of Virginia §§ 36-49.1:1.G and 15.2-900, as amended, to declare any blighted property to constitute a nuisance, which declaration shall be made by ordinance adopted by the Board of Supervisors specific to such blighted property, and thereupon abate, raze, or remove such blighted property.
