Beginning at the junction of an un-named stream and Beaverdam Run, which is 0.18 miles west of the intersection of Beaverdam Run and Loudoun County Parkway; thence east along Beaverdam Run to its intersection with Loudoun County Parkway; thence south along Loudoun County Parkway to its junction with Gloucester Parkway; thence west and north along Gloucester Parkway to its intersection with Beaverdam Run; thence north along Beaverdam Run to the point of beginning at its junction with said un-named stream, which is 0.18 miles west of the intersection of Beaverdam Run and Loudoun County Parkway.
