(a) Any permit issued pursuant to this article shall not be transferable.
(b) Any permit issued under this article shall be posted conspicuously in each place of business named therein.
(c) The permit required under this article shall be valid for one (1) year from the date issued and may be renewed in the same manner as such permit was initially obtained with an annual permit fee of two hundred dollars ($200). No permit shall be transferable.
