1040.18 EQUITABLE REMEDIES.

In addition to the penalty provided in Section 1040.99, the Health Director may initiate injunction, mandamus, abatement or any other appropriate action to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
