248.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF POLICY-ADVISORY COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD.

The Loudoun County Community Services Board is hereby established as a policy-advisory board, and shall have the powers and duties which are set forth in § 37.2-504(B) of the Code of Virginia, or any successor section thereto.
