The Board of Supervisors shall review a District within stipulated periods, as set forth in the ordinances adopted pursuant to this chapter, in order to determine whether to terminate, modify or continue the District. The Board shall request the recommendations of the Planning Commission and the Agricultural and Forestal District Advisory Committee in conducting such review.
The owners of all parcels containing at least 5 acres but less than 20 acres and wishing to continue membership in the District shall submit an application on forms provided by the department or office of the County designated by the County Administrator to Administer the Districts.
