An employee organization found to have violated any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
Any fine levied under this section against an employee organization is enforceable only against the employee organization as an entity and against its assets and is not enforceable against any employee as an individual or his assets.
