251.07 SEPARABILITY.
   In the event that any of the provisions of this chapter or the application thereof to any particular employee, employee organization or circumstance is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of such provisions or the application thereof to any other employee, employee organization or circumstance shall be unaffected by such invalidity or unenforceability, and the same shall remain in full force and effect.
