1220.01 AUTHORITY; ADMINISTRATION; AMENDMENTS.

These Subdivision Regulations are adopted under the authority granted by Chapter 711 of the Ohio Revised Code. The regulations shall be administered by the Loudonville Village Planning Commission and may be amended, after public hearings and other requirements as specified in the Ohio Revised Code and Section 1220.05.
