(a) Before the adoption of any amendment to these Subdivision Regulations, a public hearing shall be held by the Loudonville Village Council. A public notice of the time and place of the public hearing shall be published on the Village of Loudonville web site and social media account(s) (if any) in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.

(b) These Subdivision Regulations shall become effective following adoption by the Loudonville Village Council and certification to the County Recorder as provided by law.
