An application for a permit required by Section 1064.07 shall describe the property and state the purpose for which the connection is desired. The application shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount shown on the fee schedule available in the Village of Loudonville Clerk- Treasurer's office; provided however, that if no fee is otherwise established by the Village of Loudonville Planning Commission, the fee for a residential storm sewer connection or any other connection for which no specific fee has previously been established shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
