1064.07 STORM CONNECTION; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No house sewer or drain shall be constructed to connect with a public storm sewer nor shall any connection be made to a public storm sewer within the Municipality, or a municipally- owned storm sewer outside this Municipality, until a written permit from the Codes Enforcement Officer has been obtained.
