1050.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for each offense.

   (b)   Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c) hereof, whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of Section 1050.09, or any regulation promulgated pursuant thereto, shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each offense.

   (c)   Whoever violates Section 1050.09(d) shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for a first offense and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for any subsequent offense. No enforcement of Section 1050.09(d) shall be made until six months from the effective date of Section 1050.09.
